by truck for 103 km. Visit Wolong
Panda Reserve. |

Day 2: Dengsheng (41km
cycling) |
Ride
through the beautiful Wolong Nature
Reserve to 2,750 meters (8,950
feet). |

Day 3: Rilongguan (57km
cycling) |
Cycle
to top of 4,550-meter (14,950-foot)
pass then coast down to Rilongguan
(3,100 meters, 10,200 feet) at
the base of Four Sisters Mountain
(snow-covered all year). |

Day 4: Danba (120km cycling) |
Explore
Wori Feudal Lord Tower, Twin Bridge
Gorge, Catholic Church, Islamic
Temple, Buddhist Temple, a 500-year
old Lamasery, and Tibetan Temple. |

Day 5: Bamei (97km cycling) |
| Climb
a 3,850m (12,630) pass. Relax
in hot springs. |

Day 6: Daofu (77km cycling) |
Visit
an orphanage. |
