Day 1: Beijing : The Cuisine
of North |
Arrive
at Beijing International Airport.
Be met and transferred to the
hotel. Visit the Tian An Men Square,
the largest city square in the
world. Continue to visit the Temple
of Heaven, which is the most holy
of Beijings Imperial temples.
For this is where the Emperor
came every winter solstice to
worship heaven and to solemnly
pray for a good harvest. Promenade
at the Wangfujing Street. Have
special local food as lunch during
the visit. Enjoy the Beijing Duck
as dinner. Overnight at the hotel.

2: Beijing |
| Have
breakfast at the hotel. Visit
the MutianyuGreat wall, it was
a gigantic defensive project used
in ancient times as early as in
the 7th century B.C Have lunch
on the way. Continue to visit
the Ming Tombs and Scare road,
50 kilometers northwest from Beijing
City lies the Ming Tombs - the
general name given to the mausoleums
of 13 emperors of the Ming Dynasty
(1368 - 1644). Have dinner at
the Gongdeling Restaurant, famous
for his vegetarian food. Overnight
at the hotel. |

3: Beijing |
Have
breakfast at the hotel. Visit
the Forbidden City, also called
Imperial Palace Museum, is located
in the very heart of Beijing.
Visit the Coal Hill, have extraordinary
view of the Beijing. Have lunch,
visit the Summer Palace, located
ten kilometers to the northwest
of Beijing. If it is possible,
take a boat in the summer palace,
according to the season. Have
dinner at the local habitant’s
home to enjoy the special Beijing
food. Overnight at the hotel.

4: Beijing/ Jinan : The Cuisine

Have
breakfast at the hotel. Visit
the Lama Temple and Stone Forest
tablets of Confucius Temple. The
Yonghegong Lama Temple is located
at the northeast corner of Beijing
City. It was originally used as
official residence for court eunuchs
of the Ming dynasty and was converted
to the royal court of Prince Yongzheng
during the 33rd year (1693) of
Kangxis reign of the Qing dynasty.
Have lunch, then transfer to Railway
station and take train to Jinan
which is the capital city in Shangdong
Province. Arrive at Jinan in the
afternnoon, be met and transferred
to the hotel. Have dinner, special
food of Cuisine Lu. |

5: Jinan / Qufu : The Cuisine
Kong |
Have
breakfast at the hotel. Drive
to Qufu, with a history of more
than 5000 years; the center of
the Oriental Culture since the
ancient times; The Tomb of Shaohao,
located 5 km northeast of the
city. The Mausoleum of Shao Hao
(Shaohao lin) is the burial place
of Shao Hao, one of the five legendary
emperors supposed to have ruled
China around 4000 years ago Qufu,
also known as the "sacred
city" of the East, is one
of Chinas most famous historic
cities of culture. In Qufu, there
are altogether more than 412 cultural
and historical relics under government
protection. Among them, the Residence
of Confucius, the Confucius Temple,
and the Confucius Forest are the
most famous. Enjoy the Kong Banquet
as lunch on the way. |

6: Qufu / Jinan / Shanghai : The
cuisine mixed by the Chinese and
European |
Have
breakfast at the hotel. Transfer
to the Jinan airport and take
flight to Shanghai. Arrive at
Shanghai, have lunch at the city.
Roaming at the Old City. Visit
the Yuyuan Garden, which is a
famous classical garden located
in Anren Jie, Shanghai. Walking
around the Bund, also called the
Zhongshan Road, is a famous waterfront
and regarded as the symbol of
Shanghai for hundreds of years.
Enjoy the cuisine mixed by the
Chinese and European. Overnight

7: Shanghai/ Suzhou |
Have
breakfast, drive to Suzhou. Visit
the Lingering Garden and Garden
of the Master of the Nets. Have
lunch at the city. Visit the Silk
Factory. Have dinner and overnight

8: Suzhou / Hangzhou : The Cuisine
of Zhejiang |
Have
breakfast. Take train to Hangzhou.
Arrive at Hangzhou in the noon.
Have lunch, enjoy the beautiful
Western Lake by boat. Visit the
Tea Garden and Six Harmonies Pagoda.
Have dinner at the Louwailou Restaurant
which is famous for the Cuisine
of Zhejiang. |

9: Hangzhou/ Chengdu : The Cuisine
of Sichuang |
Have
breakfast. Transfer to the Hangzhou
airport and take flight to Chengdu.
After lunch, take a city tour.
Visit the Wuhou Temple and Panda
Zoo. Have dinner at the local
restaurant which is famous for
the Cuisine of Sichuang. |

10: Chengdu |
Have
breakfast, transfer to a school
which is majoring in Chinese Cuisine
to learn Chinese Cuisine. Have
lunch at the school. Free at leisure
in the afternoon. Enjoy the Sichuang

11: Chengdu / Guilin : The cuisine
of south |
Have
breakfast at the hotel. Transfer
to airport and take flight to
Guilin. Be met and transferred
to the city. After lunch, visit
the Elephant Trunk Hill and Reed
Flute Cave. Enjoy the special
local food as dinner. Overnight
at the hotel. |

12: Guilin /Yangshuo |
Have
breakfast at the hotel. Cruises
on the Li River, gorgeous Karst
peaks give you surprises at each
bend of the limpid river under
the blue sky. Water buffalo patrol
the fields, peasants reap rice
paddies, school kids and fisherman
float by on bamboo rafts. Have
lunch aboard. Free at leisure
in the afternoon. You can travel
around the small village by bycicle.
Have dinner and overnight at the

13: Yangshuo/ Guilin Canton :

Have
breakfast at the hotel. Return
to Guilin and take flight to Canton
in the morning. Upon arrival,

Trees, Yuexiu Park and Ancestral
Temple of the Chen Family which
is also called Chen Clan Academy
which is a place both for offering
up sacrifices to ancestors and

food as dinner. Return and overnight
