Amazing city mainly populated by the Muslim Hui ethnic group, Linxia is a nice stop between Lanzhou and Xiahe. Many mosques punctuate the city center as well as white hats and black shawls on the heads.Linxia’s specialties include excellent beef and veal, hot curry bread, knives and stone glasses that are much appreciated by locals.
