In Hong Kong, the Peninsula is one of the most luxurious palaces. A historic hotel opened since 1928, the Peninsula Hotel is a 5-star establishment of high standard with more than thirty floors. There is an excellent French restaurant serving foie gras and grands crus. The decor is just as sensational as the cuisine.
