But first of all, we would like to send you a big BRAVO and all our congratulations for organizing this trip. I had put you in competition with another French-speaking agency based in China, but from the start you were the best, both in your responsiveness and in your wise advice to define our itinerary. I won’t forget that you were able to very nicely resolve the visa problem that arose following the change of our flight schedule. Not only were you able to manage this situation, but the icing on the cake was that you saved us a lot of money; thank you!
Our trip went off without a hitch. We appreciated that the day before each visit or trip you sent us information about the guide and details about the train and plane. It was very reassuring. The guides you chose knew their job very well and spoke our language perfectly (We really appreciated Albert in Guilin!!). The hotels met our expectations and sometimes exceeded them, as in Xi’an. I would like to make a suggestion. Your country is very large and it would be good if you included a map in the file you sent, mentioning the tour the travelers had chosen. This would allow them to locate themselves geographically.
Finally, we appreciated the friendliness and personalization of our exchanges and our meeting in Xi’an. We really appreciated Isabelle who was very pleasant and an excellent guide. We have an impressed memory of our night walk on the Tang mall with her. You make an effective pair… don’t change a thing!!
China surprised and delighted us. We were surprised because, like many Westerners, we sometimes had unfavorable prejudices about your country. We discovered a very modern, clean, and very safe country (more so than many French cities). The means of transportation are impeccable and very well organized, and France should take inspiration from them! We were delighted because the landscapes and sites we visited delighted us. We found the Chinese very courteous and always ready to joke… like me!
I think we will return to China because there are so many places to visit. So let’s keep in touch!!
