Regarding our trip, everything went very well, thank you for the organization!
Half a day was more than enough for the Tulous, because it’s always pretty much the same.
Here is our feedback:
> Hotels
- Wuyishan: Mountain Villa, very good except that it was very cold in the room and the heater blew from above, making it difficult to warm the lower beds.
- Qingdelou Tulou: very good, very cute and pleasant room.
- Gulangyu Island: Bay View Inn, average, the hotel really needs to be refreshed.
- Xiamen: Park City Hotel, very good, we had two rooms (although a family room was planned, I think, according to the itinerary).
> Guide Jack is very kind and helpful. Very interesting.
> Drivers
- Mr. ZHU (Wuyishan): Impeccable and comfortable vehicle (new?), but the driver wasn’t very talkative. He provided the bare minimum of service.
- Mr. WANG (Tulou and Xiamen): Comfortable vehicle. Very kind driver, took excellent care of us, and knew his itinerary perfectly.
