Welcome to Chengdu ! Our staff will wait for you at the airport with a sign at your name, then we will drive to the downtown of Chengdu city. Daci temple will be our first destination, where you will see traditional building and how locals worship Buddha in different ways. Next is Taikooli street, famous for 3D digital screen and Panda – climbing statue on the internet, both of these are worth for beautiful shots. We will go to hotel whenever you feel ready for it. After breakfast, we will drive to Leshan and visit Giant Buddha. Located just 150km from Chengdu, it is a Maitreya Buddha, carved on a hillside in the 8th century. we will visit the ancient town of Emei, where we will meet local heritage keepers, workers, and Emei kung fu masters. We’ll have the opportunity to participate in some kung fu lessons in a garden setting. Overnight at Emei Shan Hot Spring Hotel.

After breakfast, we will head to the Emei scenic spot, where you can explore the Golden Summit with its diverse statues. You’ll also have a delightful experience interacting with the cute monkeys that inhabit the area. Today can also be a perfect day for a leisurely hike (approximately 3-4 hours in total, with mostly flat stages). Overnight at Emei Shan Hot Spring Hotel.

~ 2hrs driving from Emei to Chengdu / 2hrs driving of bullet train from Chengdu to Songpan. We will go back to Chengdu and take bullet train to Songpan. Only 2hrs on the train are enough to go into the hinterland of Aba Tibetan area, which iused to take 8 hours by driving only. In Songpan we will stay for a night, here is famous for old city wall and huge historical background story since Tang dynasty. Overnight at Songpan Mijing Hotel.

Road to Jiuzhaigou after breakfast. Rizegou (visit Wuhuahai if time allows), Zechawagou, the tour takes about 6-8 hours. Jiuzhaigou World Natural Heritage, national key scenic spots, national AAAAA-level tourist attractions, national nature reserves, national geological parks, and a network of world biosphere reserves are the first nature reserves in China whose main purpose is to protect natural scenery. Springs, waterfalls, rivers, and beaches, form a colourful jade nature world. Known as the “Fairy Tale World” by the world, it is known as the “King of waterscape”. Taking bullet train to be back to Chengdu. The driver will take you to feel local easy vibe in People’s Park, try to drink a cup of tea and even to learn how to play Mahjong by yourself. Then it’s time for Kuanzhai alley, to learn more about local cultures. Following our visit, we will head back to our hotel in Chengdu. Overnight at Gulou Zhixuan Holiday Inn.

The driver and guide will pick up guests from the hotel and then do 1.5 hour drive to one of the World Heritage sites – Mt.Qingcheng. Mount Qingcheng is one of the cradles of Taoism, known as a famed Taoist Mountain in China. Mount Qingcheng is renowned for its picturesque natural landscape and the large number of Taoist buildings. In the afternoon, 35-minute drive to Dujiangyan Irrigation System. The ancient Dujiangyan Irrigation System (DIS) was listed as a World Culture Heritage Site by the World Heritage Center, UNESCO in 2000. DIS still plays a crucial role in flood control, irrigation and water supply for Chengdu Plain in Sichuan Province. The immense advances in science and technology achieved in ancient China are graphically illustrated by the DIS. The system is appropriately arranged in accordance with the terrain and topography of the river and Chengdu plain, thus successfully solving the problem of sand discharge, flood control, and water distribution. Consequently, the task of gravity diversion could be fulfilled over a long period and across the whole irrigation district. This system still plays an indispensable function in agriculture. Besides, Dujiangyan survived from the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake because of its firm structure. It really deserves a visit. Overnight at Gulou Zhixuan Holiday Inn.
