Located a few kilometers from Huangshan Mountain City, Hongcun is among the Anhui villages, one of the most beautiful and best preserved. He is registered with UNESCO. From the sky it looks like it is the shape of an ox : the body is formed by the houses of the village, the head by Leigang hill to the west of the village and the legs are represented by four bridges crossing Jiyin Stream.Built in the 12th century, Hongcun has retained the typical appearance of the urban habitat of that time.
